Educational Purpose Only: The content provided on PrepEdu, including practice tests, quizzes, and AI-generated materials, is for educational and practice purposes only.

  • Not Official Material: Our materials are not official exam questions from NESA, ACARA, or any other examining body, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are intended to simulate the style and difficulty of such exams to aid in preparation.
  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will lead to any specific examination result, grade, or academic outcome.
  • Copyright: Users must respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share. PrepEdu respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepEdu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
